Delivery Policy — Formose

Mainland France - Delivery is free for all orders to mainland France. Orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 working days.

Spain - Delivery charges are €6.00 for all orders to Spain. Orders are dispatched within 3 to 7 working days.

United Kingdom - Shipping costs are €6.00 for all orders to the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched within 5 to 10 working days. Customs duties and local taxes may apply on receipt, payable by the recipient.

Order tracking - A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Delays - Formose cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
